A șasea ediție a Adobe WebUp va avea loc pe data de 28 Iunie începând cu ora 17:10 la etajul 6 al clădirii Anchor Plaza de lângă Plaza România Mall.
După o pauză de câteva ediții vom avea din nou un speaker extern (sesiunea va fi in engleza). În al doilea rând pentru prima dată vom avea ca prezentatori 2 ingineri care lucrează la codul folosit de browsere ca Chrome sau Safari. Este vorba de Raul și Mihnea care fac parte din echipa WebKit Adobe și care vor vorbi despre CSS Regions și CSS Shaders, două dintre cele mai „hot CSS proposals”. Cei doi lucrează la implementarea de WebKit a acestor propuneri.
Și pentru că toate lucrurile bune vin câte trei, 99% vom avea și un Hackathon pentru prima oară. Dacă ești developer și vrei să îți încerci puterile atunci fii sigur că te înscrii la concurs. Înscrierea se face aici.

But these features are not the last thing that CSS can do for you. This talk will look into how CSS Filters can provide rich and easily animated visual effects to any HTML5 content. For the ones who want more control, it will show how CSS Shaders can provide the flexibility and expressivity needed to create their own special effects. Finally, we will peak into what CSS holds for us into the (not-so distant) future. Raul is a Computer Scientist for Adobe. For the past 5 years, he has worked on WebKit, the HTML rendering engine for the Safari and Chrome browsers. As part of Adobe AIR team, he made sure that developers can leverage their existing knowledge in HTML and JavaScript to write native applications , instead of having to learn new technologies. Pe scurt, vom forma echipe (de maxim 3 oameni) si vom coda pe o tema data (temele vor fi propuse de participanti si o vom alege pe cea cu cele mai multe voturi). La sfarsit participantii vor selecta echipa care a implementat cel mai bine tema. Vom avea cu siguranta si premii. Dar nu asta sper sa fie motivatia principala 🙂 |
